When you are done shopping, click on the "view shopping bag" button at the top of any page. You will be taken to your shopping cart, where taxes and shipping costs will be added if applicable. You can also enter voucher codes here if you have a voucher code. The cart will figure the discount for you. If you are a US resident, you may also pay by money order. Personal checks are not accepted. Q: Do I have to have a Paypal account to pay? A: No! Using Paypal to pay with your credit card is free, even if you do not have an account. Q: When can I expect to receive my jewelry? A: Your purchase will most likely be shipped within 24 hours of your order. If you live in the United States, jewelry is shipped via USPS first class mail unless you request otherwise. It should arrive to you in a few days. If you live outside the US, you can expect your order to arrive in 1-2 weeks, depending on your geographical area. If you are ordering an item as a gift, allow 2 weeks ahead of the occasion to be assured a timely delivery. Q: How much does shipping cost? A: In the United States, shipping is just $3! If your purchase totals $100 or more, your shipping is free! If you live outside the US, PLEASE EMAIL BEFORE PURCHASING TO CONFIRM SHIPPING CHARGES. Your shipping costs will be actual. Q: If my order is purchased as a gift, can I have it shipped directly to the recipient? A: Yes! I will ship a gift to the recipient at no extra charge. A: I do everything I can to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, I will accept returns or exchanges, with a receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Q: What if I received an item as a gift, but it's not my style? A: I will give a refund only to the original purchaser. A: I do take custom orders, provided I can get the supplies needed to fulfill your desired design. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front. Q: What if my jewelry breaks? A: With reasonable and appropriate use, your jewelry should last a long time. If your jewelry breaks, and I determine that it is due to craftsmanship, or faulty components, I will repair your jewelry free of charge within 3 months of purchase. If I determine your jewelry was broken by abuse, (garbage disposal, run over by a car, etc), repair charges will apply. Q: What if I have an allergic reaction to metals in my jewelry? A: If you have an allergic reaction to your jewelry, the 14 day return policy applies. All jewelry is made using sterling silver unless otherwise specified.
